Your order will ship on the same day you ordered or the next day. Most orders ship with in 12-24hrs. If you order before 3pm Est, most likely it will ship before 5pm same day.
You will first receive an order confirmation when you place your order. Once your order has shipped you will get a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking number and link when available.
Most orders within the United States will get to you in 2-3 days for Priority Shipping and 2- 5 days for regular Standing Shipping. International orders can take up anywhere from 7 to 30 days depending on what country your at.
If you would like an exchange for a different size/style, please request a Refund for all returning item(s). Then, place a NEW order online at your earliest convenience for any replacement item(s). This is the fastest and easiest way to handle exchanges and to make sure we have your size/style in stock. Please read the RETURNS PAGE for complete information.

Most likely the billing address you entered is different from your actual credit card billing address. You can have a different SHIP TO address but your BILLING information must be correct. If you see an error code, there may be a pending charge for 2-5 days depending on your card provider. Pending charges do drop off but PENDING CHARGES happen to protect the card provider. So please be accurate when you enter your information.

Certain fitted styles will restock in sizes but others are special one time releases and will not restock. But many styles do come back again....maybe not exactly the same but similar. Same goes with snapbacks, where many styles do not come back.

We agree that each hat fits different.....some feel tight or loose although it is the same size. The main reasons are :
-The difference in materials used. Wool hats can fit slightly tighter than polyester and cotton hats.
-Different companies have different fits. Even the same company can have a different fit cause different factories are used.
-When the 2 same size hats feel different.....it is because its off by a 1 or 2 CM (centimeter). This is very common in all items that are worn including shoes, pants, and shirts but you can feel it on your head more noticeably due to fact it is the most sensitive part of your body.
-If you wanna be sure about your size, we recommend to go to your local mall, and try multiple items on, and be certain!
