Returns

RETURNS:

We accept returns for up to 30 days after receipt of your purchase. Please make sure the returned item is in the same condition as when you received it with all tags and stickers on it. WE have the right to charge 20% RESTOCKING FEE if these conditions are not met.

We DO NOT DO EXCHANGES due to items selling out quickly and rapid inventory change. Instead, you may place a new order for the product or new size you need ASAP and send back your original order for a refund. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging, UPC labels, & shipping box (if you can’t reuse the same box, then please use one that’s at least the same size or bigger).

 

 

RETURN PACKAGING:

Please re-use the clear bag for all items. Be sure to include all stickers, price labels, and tags. All products must be in original condition (please do not bend hat’s visor). Hats sent back to us in an envelope or mailer will not be accepted. If these conditions are not met, sorry, we cannot process your refund.

To send an item back to us, please enclose the HATDREAMS.COM packing slip which arrived with your package.(please print out another packing list from you ACCOUNT if you lost it) If you’re within the USA, you must use US Postal Service to ship to our PO Box below.(please note: Fedex and UPS do not ship to PO Boxes).  Also, we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as HATDREAMS.COM cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. ***Returns can only be made by sending them to the above address. They can’t be returned in person, sorry***

Once we receive your return package, please allow 3- 7 days for processing (we try our best to process it much quicker than that and it may take longer if return conditions are not met). We ask you to please track your package back to us. Once your tracking says it’s been delivered to us, expect your refund to be completed within 3-7 days. Once your refund is completed, we will notify you via email. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

 

EXCHANGES:

Due to many items selling out and rapidly changing store inventory, HATDREAMS.COM does not process exchanges. We suggest that you send your merchandise back to us for a full refund, and place a new order to ensure you get the correct item faster.

 

CLEARANCE/SALE ITEMS

All SALES ARE FINAL on items purchased that were on SALE or CLEARANCE.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL = NO RETURNS/ NO REFUNDS *** There will be a 20% restocking fee for any unauthorized returns****

 

PRODUCT REPRESENTATION:

We are not responsible for the color settings on your monitor. Buyers should not order solely based on the color that appears according to their monitor’s settings. It is the buyer’s responsibility to read the product title & description carefully before placing an order. (Example: you see gray but the description says black, you should contact us first to confirm).

 

UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS/ INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS:  If packages come back to us for refused packages or undeliverable address, we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 20%. It is the buyer’s responsibility to correctly enter his or her shipping address. Please review your order details prior to submitting your order.
