SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

 SHIPPING POLICY:

We are proud to be one of fastest on-line stores in shipping! Receive within 2-3 day on most orders. Our goal is to get every order shipped within 1-2 business day of being placed. Bigger orders can take longer and depending on your location can take 3-5 days.

Please allow 2-3 business days for shipment information to be sent to you via e-mail or SMS once an order is placed. If you do not receive an email or SMS within 3 business days, please contact us at SUPPORT@HATDREAMS.COM 

DELIVERY:

Hatdreams is not responsible for any damage and/or loss of packages after delivery. We ask that you kindly not accept any packages that appear damaged or open. We are not responsible for any loss or damage of product or shipment after they are scanned delivered by the courier. The extent of our liability for the delivery of a package ends at a delivery scan by USPS, UPS or Fedex. Any damages or loss of shipments after delivery, should be addressed to USPS, Fedex or UPS respectively. For the safety and security of your packages, a 'signature on delivery' service option is available for an additional cost at checkout. 

 

DELIVERY LOCATION:

We accept orders for shipment within the U.S. only. The brand owners of many of the products we sell do not allow the shipping of their product to any address outside the United States.

 

SHIPPING METHODS:

We offer Standard, Expedited or Express shipping through the United States Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. Delivery can take from 2-7 business days depending on your location. Faster shipping services are available at check-out. Please note, all shipping estimates are in business days.

Please note, all non-expedited orders that are shipped via the postal service may be subject to USPS delays that are out of our control. No refunds or replacements will be issued for orders that are not received, until 30 days have passed since the latest scan by the postal service. We understand this may be not be ideal for you as a buyer, but these are rare circumstances that may occur and it is important you are aware of this possibility.

Expedited orders should arrive to you within 2-4 business days at the latest. Please note that is 3 day transit time, not counting the day you make your purchase. The cut off time for a shipment to go out the same day is 3:00PM EST. Orders that come in after 3:00PM EST will ship the next business day and will still need up to 3 days of transit time.

Express Shipping can take 1-2 days depending on your location. We cannot guarantee next day if you order from the West Coast since we are in Maryland.

We will try our best to get it out to you in the most efficient way but please try to order in advance, especially during the holidays.

 

SHIPPING EXCEPTION:

While we do ship to the following states and territories: Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Canal Zone, Guam, Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands; Please add a few days to the delivery time estimates quoted at checkout.

 

OUT OF STOCK ORDERS:

We hate it when it happens but on rare occasions we do sell out of the item you ordered.  In that case, we will contact you and ask you whether you would like a substitute item, or if you would like to cancel that specific item or order. If we don’t hear back from you within 72 hours, we will automatically cancel the item and ship the remainder of the order, if any. You will not be charged for items that are not shipped.

Express Shipping is shipped via UPS and is 2nd day service to many areas. In very rare circumstances, given the ship-to address, we are unable to provide 2nd day service, in which case it will be shipped via 3 day shipping and you will be refunded the extra $5 in shipping cost.
